Tres Dragones Potosi Colombia Natural

This is a more process natural colombia from Café Granja La Esperanza. It has very intense fruity with a little funk. It starts with high acid at the first sip, but as time progresses, it starts to get more like fruit chocolate, and has a thick texture.
