This Mosto Washed Pink Bourbon from Finca La Terraza undergoes a unique fermentation process in which the coffee is submerged in an active, nutrient-rich mosto liquid recovered from a previous batch of de-pulped coffee.
The first sip opens with vibrant rose florals, followed by delicate lychee sweetness and a bright, refreshing loquat acidity. A beautifully layered cup that brings a little brightness to a slow morning.
